Welcome to the Fiordland Families Network newsletter #31.
This month we have a collection of informative articles from local family focused organisations. Southern Stars give us an insight into their Southern Adventurers program, and have great ideas to get your youngest explorers out and about in winter. Healthy Eating on a Budget are providing Free local workshops, with information and links available below.
On page 2 we ahve another of our parenting talk articles, this time from a ‘Mind Health for Parents’ talk held in May. There are some fantastic points we are sure everyone can relate to.
