Welcome to the 19th issue of the Fiordland Families Network (FFN) newsletter, and the first issue of 2020! We are so happy to be back after an awesome first year in 2019 connecting, supporting and advocating for YOU, our families living in the Fiordland area.
We know you love this place, but living in an isolated rural community can make it difficult to access the services you need for yourself and your family. FFN are here to help. The idea of our newsletter is to provide information to connect our community with the wonderful services that we do have in our area, support people to access these and, when needed, advocate on behalf of our families.
In this issue we help parents support their children back to school, provide information on financial support and update you on community services under Level 2. But first, let’s take a look at what services are available for the youngest members of our Fiordland families.
