This issue is all about teeth! Taking care of our smile is so important an can affect our health if we don’t look after it. In our editorial we interview Pip and Helen from the dental bus which is currently here in Te Anau. We also have some excellent information from Courtney Jones of Fiordland Dental Centre.
The Fiordland Families Network team came up with some great questions to ask our experts, and we hope that you also find the answers useful. We also have some great dental giveaways for our subscribers (see page 2).
With longer and brighter days ahead of us, we hope that you and your family are getting out and about a bit more. It’s time to start thinking about planting our vegetable gardens, and with that, we remind you of our Generation Garden Project, where people who would like garden advice are matched with people who would like to pass on advice. If you are interested in either side, please contact Andrea.
It takes a village to raise a child, so we are also pleased to introduce to you two community initiatives that have recently start to further connect, support and strengthen our Fiordland families and deepen community connections.
